If your order was cancelled, that means your card or transaction was likely rejected. Here are 3 possible reasons why:
- The balance stated doesn't match the actual balance on the card.
- The card number or pin was entered incorrectly.
- Our external verification system declined the transaction. Although it can not tell us the reason for declining a card, we trust this system to protect us and our customers.
For 1 and 2, simply input the correct card details to have your transaction approved!
